Booking or requesting an appointment through this Website does not guarantee an appointment until it has been confirmed.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Your first no-call/no-show will not be charged. Any subsequent no-call/no-show will be charged the full appointment fee.

Additional terms and policies may apply to appointments, payments, and other services provided by Lumara Chiropractic.

Package visits do not expire. Any unused visits from a package will be refunded upon request.
