Booking is open online and runs on this page. Pick a length of time, pick a slot, and confirm – you do not need to call first. Appointments are with Dr. Connor Borowski, DC, MS, CSCS. Lumara is a solo, cash-pay practice in Ahwatukee.
You can create an account as you book. An account stores your details for next time, keeps your appointment history in one place, and is required to buy a gift card.

Which appointment to book
The booking system lists one category, Chiropractic. Inside it you book a length of time rather than a named service. What happens in that time is decided in the room. There is more on how visits run on the services page, and more about Dr. Borowski on the about page.
New to Lumara? Book the New Patient Examination, 60 minutes – $145. This is the first appointment for every new patient. It covers your history, an examination, and treatment where appropriate.
Already a patient? Choose a length:
15 minutes - $65
The shortest visit. Suited to a single area or a check-in between longer appointments.
30 minutes - $105
Room for treatment plus a short review of what has changed since your last visit.
45 minutes - $150
The most common treatment option at this clinic.
60 minutes - $190
The longest visit. Book it when you want more time or more than one area addressed.
Four-packs cost less per visit: 15 min $199, 30 min $349, 45 min $499, 60 min $629.

- Can't find a time?
If nothing on the calendar works, add yourself to the wait list instead of leaving the page. The wait list sits inside the booking system above: choose the appointment length you want, then add yourself to Dr. Borowski’s wait list. You will be contacted if an earlier slot opens up. Joining the wait list does not hold a time and does not replace a booking, so book the next slot that works and stay on the list.
- Gift Cards
Gift cards can be bought through the booking system and used against any appointment length. Sign in to your account first — the purchase step requires it. If you do not have an account yet, create one during checkout. The recipient books their own time; if they are new, they should start with the New Patient Examination.
